Summer Ingram

Summer came to Liberty Counsel from the Congressional Prayer Caucus Foundation (CPCF), where she was National Director of Prayer and Mobilization and most recently Vice President of Legislative Affairs and Prayer Outreach. During her 15-year tenure at CPCF, she helped build and support the American Prayer Caucus Network (a national network of federal and state government leaders in over 40 states), developed training materials, identified and trained state directors, tracked federal and state religious liberty-related legislation, interacted with religious freedom experts, connected with national prayer networks, assisted with development of key initiatives, and helped coordinate events, including the National Religious Liberty Summit, Keep Faith in America, PrayUSA , and state capitol events. She also developed and advanced core strategic action, legal and advocacy efforts, and other communication endeavors.

Summer develops strategic partnerships with other organizations and leaders; mobilizes grassroots and intercessory prayer support and activities for ministry initiatives through events, meetings, communication, and writing on a variety of subject matters on multiple platforms; develops, implements and markets educational programs, meetings, conferences, ministry outreach, and other events related to the operation and mission of the ministries, including to Israel, the Middle East, and Europe, that provide an immersive, life-changing experience designed to strengthen the faith of each participant.

Summer was also a top producer in real estate. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in government and business from Liberty University.

An ordained minister, Summer also graduated from Ascend Academy, a three-year school of ministry. She coordinated large-scale events for a ministry in San Diego and co-produced/co-hosted an international Christian television show. Summer is based in Conyers, Georgia, where she enjoys spending time with family, reading, history, travel, scuba diving, and adventure.
