Robert Hill is the former Chief of Community and Governmental Affairs for Juvenile Court, Shelby, Co. and the former Director of Volunteer and Religious Services for the State of Tennessee, TDOC. He is also the former Executive Director of Governmental and Community Affairs for the Shelby Co. Government.

He is held by many of his colleagues in public service, ministry, and the political community as a gifted administrator, urban strategist, and grass roots organizer.

Robert Hill has served as a senior advisor to Bill Lee for Governor, the RNC, Shelby Co. Republican Party, National Committeeman John Ryder, esq., Mayor Mark Lutrell (Shelby Co.), David Lenior (County Trustee), Bishop William H. Graves, the CME Church, the National Baptist Convention, and the COGIC.

He has worked as an Urban Strategist and campaign manager to numerous Republican and Conservative candidates in Tennessee.

Robert Hill is an ordained Baptist minister and serves Greater Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Memphis. He has received accolades from 50 Top Executives under 50 and Tri-State Defender’s 2013 Men of Achievement to name a few. He holds bachelor’s degree in religion and philosophy from United Theological Seminary and Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College.

He is an active member of the Memphis Baptist Ministerial Assoc., 100 Black Men, and the Memphis Police Dept. Clergy Advisors. Robert  is a lifelong resident of Memphis and Shelby Co.
