PRESIDENT & CEO OF FAMILY POLICY ALLIANCE Paul Weber serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Family Policy Alliance, a public policy partner of Focus on the Family. Paul is responsible for aligning the organization’s strategy and staff with its vision and mission, including strengthening an alliance of nearly 40 state-based family policy organizations. Family Policy Alliance also trains and disciples statesmen, advances pro-family public policy and gives voice to biblical citizens. Prior to serving here, Paul served as an executive with Alliance Defending Freedom for nearly 14 years. During his tenure with ADF, Paul held a variety of roles on the executive team and oversaw the revenue growth, which exceeded $40M annually. Prior to ADF, Paul worked in the engineering and construction industries, as well as in hospitality and food-service management, having run and launched restaurants for Stouffer’s Restaurant Company. Paul also served as president of a five-company technology consortium, working in alliance to advance common communications and marketing objectives. Paul attended Kent State University in Ohio, where he graduated with a management degree and obtained his private pilot’s license. He has also studied graduate and executive level courses at New Jersey Institute of Technology, Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School, and Indiana University School of Fundraising. He is currently enrolled at Phoenix Seminary, where he is pursuing a diploma in biblical studies. Paul and his wife Lois are the proud parents of four young men – two of which are veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and all of which are Eagle Scouts – and a precious adopted daughter.
