Melissa Eick (pronounced “ike”) is a Co-founder and the Director of Communications and Development for The Dragonfly Home, the only nonprofit in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that is state-certified to serve victim-survivors of human trafficking. She is passionate about educating the public on the complexities of human trafficking and empowering the community to effectively support services for victim-survivors of human trafficking.

Melissa serves on the Advisory Council for the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women as the human trafficking subject matter expert. She is also an attorney with a JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law, a nonprofit fundraising consultant with a Certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising Management, and a writer.
