Billy “retired” several years ago and told himself he was “getting off the race track”. However, after two years of sitting around his wife told him she was “going to kill me if I didn’t get off of the couch.” So here he is.

Billy is a serial entrepreneur having started seven businesses and owned two different franchises. As a real estate investor, he has owned investment property in five different states at the same time. “I failed a lot! But I just happened to have succeeded a little more than I failed.”

In his blog, companies, and products, his mission is to help people by Making Sense of Making Money for Making a Difference. Billy blogs three times a week. On Mondays, he tackles Entrepreneurial or Leadership Investing. Fridays Billy writes on Social Impact Investing or Investing in Yourself. Thursdays he dedicates to Real Estate Investing. When he’s not blogging, you can find him at Charis Business School as a Co-Director and teacher.

His goal here is to create insightful, pertinent content that you can put to work in your personal finances, real estate investing, and entrepreneurship. Whether you’re just beginning to manage your finances or starting over, hoping to become an entrepreneur or an investor in real estate, then this blog is for you. To make sure you don’t miss his newest posts, you can subscribe via RSS or e-mail.

He has been married to his lovely wife Becky for 42 years. They have two children, Brooke and Brant, one daughter in law, Abi, and four grandsons, Brayden, Nolan, Camden, and Owen. He enjoys fly fishing.
